Lots of space, great rooms, central location

Everywhere outside of the room smelled like sewage

The rooms look great and the location is in a safe area with everything you need within a few blocks away.

Honestly, everything was great but I have to say that our room was next to a street that was very loud which made it hard to sleep but that’s what you can expect in Mexico City I guess!

The apartment was very nice and in a great neighborhood with everything in walking distance

It’s a busy street which made it a bit noisy at night but I guess that’s just part of being in Mexico City

Everything was excelent. We liked the amplitude and extra services. Location is superb.

Nothing major that I recall.

No physical keys just the pin. That is more convenient for me because I dont have to worry about leaving/losing the key.

Not a lot of trash bins. I was solo so it didn’t bother me so it’s still a 10

The property was very clean. The interior of the of building is attractive. And the apartment was fully furnished (with body wash and shampoo in washroom)

There is a pipe smell coming from the bathroom. I noticed it commonly while I was in the city, but something to offset the smell is necessary. Communication with staff/property management was extremely challenging. Quiet literally nobody answer any of my emails/whatsaaps/texts for the duration of my stay AND before. It was exhausting. I needed to know if o can store my bag before my flight if I had to check out early. Or even extend for a late checkout. And it’s unfair to ask such a thing given that I am in a Spanish speaking country, but you’re hosting international travellers - would be nice to have some information that is accessible in English.
