El lugar en el que se encuentra, es muy bueno para aquellos que disfrutan de ir a conciertos en el BB. No es la primera vez que nos quedamos, así que sigue siendo nuestra primera opción para estancia, es limpio, amplio, cómodo y seguro.

The place is spacious and well lit, and it's well located. The kitchen is well equipped, the sofa and bed are comfy. The living room is nice, good for bringing guests if it weren't such a pain to have to register them with ID upon arrival.

When I arrived at 9PM (the agreed time in the form), front desk said I needed a code to access my room, which I did not receive. I had to insist three times for front desk to call the manager since the team in charge did not work weekends. I had called, sent a whatsapp message, sent a message through booking, and still wasn't given access until more than an hour had passed. Once in my room, I cut my foot due to improperly installed aluminum decorations on the base of the walls. The wifi blocks websites and VPNs necessary for work. The free street wifi is less restricted in this respect. Management is not reachable outside of a monday-friday 9-5 time, and even then they are slow to respond to requests. I am severly dissappointed by my stay, especially considering the price and the fact that there are so many competing hotels and businesses in the surrounding area. I have stayed in many other places, many less fancy than this, and have never faced these sort of issues, even in hostels. As a cherry on the cake, the exterior window area was full of pidgeon poop, and feathers despite being accessible to clean, the white walls are also streaked from other guests. Usually I wouldn't mind these minor details, but it speaks to how the property is maintained and managed.

Only one window in the bedroom. No A/C.

I loved the apartment style living. We booked for two weeks and felt so at home. We could do things at our own leisure and explore Mexico City, and also Cook our own meals. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to have the bedroom separate from the living room and kitchen. The supermarket that is just two doors away had literally everything we needed. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The amazing Lady, Ixchel at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming, and gave good guidance on what to do and see. She also spoke excellent English which was a big relief for us. We'll definetly stay there again.

There were a lot of insects in the lift and inside our apartment, I think from the balcony doors being left open by the previous guest. We sprayed the room and that got rid of them. We had a lower (level 2) floor room that was facing a street which was traffic and siren noisy, but we eventually got used to it.

The toilet would not flush as plumbing was problematic in the entire building and made for a foul odor for the two days we were there. You’ll be asked to email provide your picture ID and other personal information to confirm the rental. Maybe that would have been ok if the Mexico City Blueground branch would pick up the phone to help address the plumbing. But they would only respond to other agents calling them. Evidently, talking with customers is too much to ask. Other than that it was a beautiful unit with a completely enclosed balcony with a one way treatment to watch the bustling city. The pictures show being able to see into the balcony from one of the rooms but it’s since been remodeled for more privacy. This unit doesn’t have noise suppression windows and you can tell.
