Liked the facilites. The apparent was very spacious and very clean. It had pretty much everything what you need for a comfy stay. The location could not be better, very close to both the subway and Metrobus. It also feels very secure. I would definitely stay in this location again next time I am visiting Mexico City.

The bed sheets were dirty. We had to tell the administration about it. Hope it doesn't happen again.

The rooms were to hot, there should an air condition systems.

Great location- close to restaurants, parks, and public transport. Building is relatively quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower essentials.

The shower pressure is extremely low, not possible to wash yourself. No soap in bathroom. Sewage smell in the evening. The sofa-bed is broken and doesn't function as it suppose to. WiFi is very restrictive - could not access Airbnb messages. The main reason for the low rating is the communication. Immediately after the booking I wanted to make sure the linen for living room sofa is provided. Which I didn't receive a reply to until the day after checking-in. I've contacted them on several platforms regarding the inquires and check-in instructions, which I was told will receive 24 hours prior to arrival. However, the time I did receive it was in the morning on the day of arrival while I was boarding the plane. Finally, the check-in time is 4pm, I arrived at 5pm and the cleaning lady just started the cleaning process as soon as I walked-in. They told me another hour. With this in mind they request check out at 11am with extra fee in case of after. So 5 hours of cleaning time was not enough to prepare the apartment. It's extremely stressful to have un-professional communication prior to vacation.

This place is incredible value for money—nothing else I’ve stayed at comes close. The apartment was huge, modern, and spotless, with a great bathroom and a balcony overlooking beautiful trees. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it!

We had a terrible experience at this accommodation. We had to switch apartments twice—first due to a leak in the initial unit, and then the second apartment had an overflowing shower that flooded the floor, causing my daughter to slip and fall. On the first day, the shower door fell off its rails while I was showering. I barely caught it, with my two-year-old standing right next to me. It could have been a serious accident. Several facilities advertised were unavailable, and although they offered a refund for the issues, we never received it. The staff seemed incapable of resolving problems effectively.

This was such an awesome stay 👌 Seamless check-in , wonderful accommodations & perfect location 10/10.
