Cosy Garden Accommodation, Private Hot Tub & Four Poster Bed

We loved staying here it was cosy and comfortable. The host was lovely and very friendly and helpful. Prime and Netflix for movies to watch in the bedroom and the living room. The bed was comfy the room was spacious. The shower was nice and powerful. Plenty of clean fluffy towels. We loved the charging Bedside tables they were amazing. Kitchen appliances all clean and working once we were told about the cooker and setting the time. The garden was beautiful at night and the hot tub was a lovely treat.

We didn't find the settee too comfortable personally but it was cute and asthetically pleasing.

Colette was a lovely host who had made sure we had snacks and drink supplies ready on arrival, after our journey there. She sent a message with all the key information about the place. And even took us into York centre so we didn't have to worry about buses or taxis on the way there, and informed us on how to get home.

Clean, plenty of space and lovely facilities. Host was very welcoming and lovely to chat to. If you don't mind a walk, it's an easy flat walk into the city - if following Google maps follow the route via the lake and down Rawcliffe Lane, it's much nicer - I walked in every day - Maps says 55 minutes to the Minster but it was a 45 minute brisk walk for me. Otherwise the Rawcliffe park and ride is close by.

Absolutely beautiful little place ,every little detail has been thought of from little snacks and cool drinks and milk in the fridge to toiletries,fans provided too for us warm bloods :) Colette is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to help even providing lifts as and when needed Yes it is a flat under her home but she leaves you to your own devices and we honestly never heard a thing The garden area is so cute and looks beautiful lit up on an evening the fire fly lights are jst beautiful so relaxing Spotlessly clean place and smells divine We are 100% going back hopefully over the Christmas period to see the garden beautifully lit up Lovely chilled weekend in york made much better by a very accommodating host :)

Very clean. nice complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival. Host was very welcoming and informative and even took us into York for a evening cruise. Full use of hot tub which was set in a lovely garden with lights at night. Couldn’t wish for anything more. This is now our secret get away and would definitely recommend to anybody else. We will be coming back in September just need to get dates for time of work Thank you so much

The flat and hot tub were a bonus! Our wonderful host, Colette was so friendly and even drove us around the city to give us an idea of where to go during our stay. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. It made our time in York very special 😊

We had a lovely stay 2 night stay here last week. It is a great location for visiting York but also only 25mins from Harrogate. Collette is a wonderful host, great communication and allowed us to check in early and check out late, she had left us snacks, tea coffee and fresh milk in the fridge. The flat is perfect, spotlessly clean with everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and Collette gave us an extra fan as the weather was glorious. The garden is a delight, very private with lots of lights and flowers and a fire pit. The hot tub was lovely and warm. Collette was also kind enough to offer us a lift into York around her day job. We look forward to our next stay here.

Colette was a great host and could not do enough for me and my wife. It was my wife’s 40th birthday and she had brought her balloons, a bouquet of flowers and her favourite chocolates which was very kind. She also gave us a lift into York and recommended places to eat and see
