Cosy Garden Accommodation, Private Hot Tub & Four Poster Bed

I absolutely loved the service I loved the hospitality , everything was soo comfortable and was a nice private gateway and our own space I could have not asked for a better experience

I loved absolutely everything had no problems whatsoever.

Really loved the hot tub and garden area, so relaxing!

I’m not a fan of air fresheners but that’s just a very minor personal thing!

The accommodation, hot tub and garden was lovely. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Great location for leaving the car and easily getting the bus into York. We really enjoyed our break and we would definitely stay again.

All on ground level very handy to York we did park and ride just down the road although the owner did say she could drop us in which was very nice. Great onsite parking. Plenty of hot water.

Just to much all sorts of things that you don’t really need when staying for a few days also being part of the two floors above the bedroom door is close the front door and staircase.

No detail is too small for the host. Thoughtful and beautifully arranged accommodation that's perfect for any couples who want a little time out from their lives. We will book again.

It's a little outside the centre of York, so unless you travel in, you'll have to be content with what the accommodation and nearby retail/ leisure complex has to offer.

The flat was spotless when we arrived, there were complimentary snacks and water. The outside garden area was beautiful and private. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Colette was a wonderful host and she even offered to drive us to the York town centre. Overall, what a wonderful place to spend our anniversary. Thank you Colette!!

Loved the garden with all of the lights and hot tub. Apartment was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The host was exceptionally helpful and even gave us a lift into town. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in the local area as well as being within easy reach of central York.

Beautifully decorated, lovely hot tub, comfy bed. Collette couldn't do enough for us, took us into town twice gave us advice when to get taxis, eat and had us laughing loads but still gave us privacy. We can't wait to come back. Thank you collette x love Becci and Andy x

The air freshers going off every 10 mins lol but I just turned them off wasn't a problem

What a gem of a place. So many good points for anyone wanting a romantic night away...... Collette the host has converted the bottom floor of her house into a self contained apartment. Fully fitted kitchen plus added extras of tea,coffee, milk biscuits and crips. There's showergel shampoo amd conditioner plus tons of towels. The decor is sooo nice i could have happily moved in😆 There's a fire stick in the living room and bedroom as well. The garden/hot tub was the best part of the stay for me 10/10 Colette offered to drop us off in York, but it was only £7 in a taxi and there's abut stop close by. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Everything, absolutely fantastic facilities, didn’t want for anything at all. All was already there and waiting…. Even snacks !! Colette was the best host ever , we would like to say we found a friend in York. She’s such a nice woman. Will 1000% be going again.
