Location near to Beach

Old building. Not well maintained

Rooms were cleaned ok. Size of rooms are ok.

Nature of Property manager was very rude. We already paid 40% rent 2 months before when we booked (even if on Booking.com it s pay at hotel no advance required). When we reached asking for rest amount before check in.. not keeping faith we can pay at check out.(That is fair ask). Asked to keep physical copy of ID card as deposit with them(It can be misused). He asked to cancel booking on Booking.com so that he will not have to pay 20% commission to website and not have pay property tax which is 3000 in our case. That means he was saving more than 6k by paying him outside the website and for us he was giving 1000 discount which is not fair, while negotiating his behaviour was not good. Other thinks: Swimming pool was not proper it’s make shift arrangement and was not clean, we didn’t use it. At check out not ready to wait for 10 - 15 late, and saying that customer were waiting outside where as check in time was 1 pm . Overall experience was not good.

Great property to stay near calangute beach. Villa was neat and clean

When we reached the Villa it was a great guesture by the staff that the AC Was on and The entire Villa was chilled. We entered and we love that as there was so hot in Goa. AC is mandatory there in these days. Wifi was perfect was working fantastic

My review for those who trust negative reviews more than Positive. first of all when you booked a property and if they asked for the prepayment then its your reasonability to make that to ensure your stay, but if you dont do that they can offer the same property to others and when you reach at the location on checkin and you are not able to get it.. Then People used to provide negative or bad reviews. So we stay for 3 days and we have not faced any problem which i can write here to damage the image of a well maintained property. Pool was there, Wifi was there, Hot and Cold water was there, Sofa set is very new i think just 15 days back they purchased it. We had everything in kitchen for cooking. The location was also same as on Booking.com It was a perfect stay I can say. So don't trust more on bad
