The Grey Villa - Private Pool

We were really surprised once we arrived at the property. The pics uploaded were entirely different. One of the pic uploaded, showed that the property had a gate at the left hand corner at the back side which is exactly on the beach, however nothing we could see as such; no gate, just a man heighted boundary wall; behind the wall there was someone else's private property. All other sides had private properties. The pic was photoshopped and edited and then uploaded. Seeing this, once we told Sandeep, the host, he removed the pic from the booking.com portal and kept on arguing. Beware of him as he asks for 40% advance which is against booking.com's policy; if not given he will straight away cancel the booking. Both Sandeep, the host and his attendent, Rahaman were very rude and ill-mannered. They dont provide RO water, instead they will give borewell water to drink. The 5 seater sofa in the drawing room is broken and there is no microwave in kitchen. Few plates, bowls and spoons were available but were very dirty. There was one saucepan (with broken handle), a knife and a cracked roti belan-chakki. The kichen racks and all the utensils were full of cockroaches and small insects. The latch of the washroom inside the bedroom was broken and the bottom of washtoom door was rotten. There is a solar geyser which will only work after 10AM and that too if you are lucky to have a proper sunny day. There was a multipurpose liquidwash, which was given to us and to be used as a substitute for showergel, shampoo, dish washing liquid, handwash. Both the washroom had toilet rolls (used one). Sandeep will ask the booking pin received from booking.com so that he himself will mark a 5 star rating for the stay. The only thing that I liked, was that the AC was working fine and that made us somehow stay in this property for 2 days. Guys, if you want to ruin your stay, then please go ahead and book "THE GREY VILLA"

An Unforgettable Experience for Both of Us: My Girlfriend from Spain and her f recently spent 4 days at The Grey VIlla in Goa, and we both absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for, turning our holiday into something really special. A Warm, Welcoming Stay: The room was always clean and comfortable, thanks to Rehman bha and other staff members. Every day, we came back to the room and it felt like home. you really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, and we appreciated it so much. My girlfriend got sick because of the change in the weather and Rehnamn was the first one to make sure my girlfriend would recover as soon as possible by recommending us every cure she knows. he kept checking on her and was like family to us. Tarun's food recommendations are not to be missed, everything he recommended was absolutely delicious. Thank you Ahmad for being there for us at all times wether is was at the restaurant or near the pool, you really made our stay very comfortable. All the staff at Verandah cooked us the meal of our life and served us with happiness. Thank you everyone. Let me explain our most excitement expereince of Goa. We booked the villa 15 days before the arrival and we blocked the property by paying advance amount so that we dont want any kind of mass on last moment. Karan was the Manager who handling the booking. We reached the Villa on 14th Aug and the property was as shown in the pics. its very specious Villa with proper Garden and Pool over there. daily we used to swim for 3 to 4 hours daily. The property is private so the advantage is you can use the Pool till late in the night . All the rooms have ac and there is a fully setup kitchen as well. We cocked our favrt foods there. The care taker name Rehman was exteremly helpful for everything and he used to do daily house keeping and keeping the VIlla very neat and Clean. We definitely reccommend this Villa to everyone and come here only.

A perfect vacation Villa for ur next trip. It was an wonderful experience with The Grey Villa in Calangute as the staff helped us to find the place as it is located in the peaceful area of Calangute. Once we checked in all formalities were done speedy and we entered our Room in no time. Beautifully design rooms was ready for us. The housekeeping staff was always ready to get all the things we asked for. All necessary amenities were provided.. We loved our stay here. The main credit or this will go to Mr. karan for making this possible for us. He made it available for us in this peak season time.

Property was fine.Swimming pool displayed on the site was fake.It was just tarpaulin.

Swimming pool was not as same which mentioned on the site. sofa was completely broken with ants.The staff was extremely rude his name is Rahman, kitchen socket have electric shock.Doors were so stiff . The worst experience is staff are very rude they dont have manners to wish customers here that Guy directly asked us to leave at 10 AM.

Looking for a Villa near to Calangute or baga Beach ? Grey Villa is the best choice for you. The VIlla is just 1 mint walking from both the beaches and 30 seconds from the market. The manger karan is very helpful and caring. He guided us for all the formalities and local points. We enjoyed our vacation at the property. Location is very close and accurate. Fully setup kitchen with all the vessels to make good food. or You can order from the villa. we loved the pool area and sit there with JD + BBQ chicken. The weather was great here for perfect holidays

The Grey Villa served the best hospitality. we have booked 2bhk Villa here. We got neat and clean rooms with perfect bedding. beach is just 100 meters from there and market on just 30 seconds walking distance.
