The Grey Villa - Private Pool

one word - Perfect. The Villa is as like as mentioned on booking.com. The photos and the location. All amenities are there. We had a grt stay there for 2 days and we couldt find any issue with this Villa. The care taker also very helpful for services. The calaangute beach is just 100 meters from there.

Not everything is good... Nothing to stay

VERY BAD. I booked it based on positive review. We have arrived at the location little late and we paid 50% of the amount in advance. When we arrived the house keeping is not interested to handover the key and not ready to show the room. Finally we told will pay remaining only after you show. Then they showed the room. Sticky smell in the building, main door had a big gap where the door and wall had 1 inch open. Then next one of the bedroom attached bath room door at the bottom was a big hole. We asked why it is like that and then conveyed it is not inline with the expectation. Very improper behaviour of the each person and then finally we didnt check in it all. Heated arguement and improper used by the property it was one of the black day in Goa.

The location of the Villa is perfect for any group. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms are there. We loved the stay at The Grey VIlla. a big pool is there as mentioned on their portal.

Its actual a place with Sukoon i can say. The atmospehre of the VIlla is so calm and beautiful with all lightings. We had a great stay here with our friends group. Got a good deal on booking.com. The owner is also very polite person to talk. The Calangute beach and Baga beach both r just 1 mint walking from here. No need to take vehcles

VIlla is just near to the beach and market that why its perfect location for stay. We has less time so we stay here for one day only. Very afordable and better than a 2bhk apartment

Value for money. as we have stay here the property served the best they can. we will reccommend it to everyone. All reviews are genuine as now we can say the villa is really grt

Happy go property.... The stay was extremely satisfying with Grey Villa. Beach is just on walkin 1 mint as menioned.. It was our 3rd visit to goa and we stay in different villas but as per location and convenience we really loved the Grey Villa only. Perfect rooms with decoration and super sepcious

Has a great stay here for 3 days as we booked for 2 days only and extended the stay for one more day. The VIlla is completely private and gated with private Parking. Thanks to rehman for his services and assistance. We got the rental at door step and within 10 minuts. Location is as mentioned on booking.com the beach is just 1 mint walking.

The Grey Villa in Calangute is quite nice Villa to stay which nearby to Calangute and Baga beach which is around 100 meters. You can always walk and come down to beach anytime without any vehicle. Food is very very tasty, i really liked the food which was served at hotel instead of local food which you get outside. It has a parking space where you can park your vehicles too! The Place is really nice and connected to main spots like market beach or city centre. There is pool for guest, a Garden for chill out and wifi is superb. We stay here for 2 days and we found the property best is this price segment. we will definelty reccommend to our relatives and friends. The Care taker is so helpful that he guided us for local spots and to get the stuff for cooking
