Pride Rock Villa & Tree House

Everything was perfect.

I like everything.

The host was very kind, although her English is not perfect. She cooked me dinner and the food was one of the best I have had in Sri Lanka. Waking up in the tree house is really nice, beautiful sunrise if you can wake up early. Note that there isn’t hot water with the tree house but the other rooms yes.

We had a lovely stay in the tree house with a reallyyy wonderful view! Breakfast and also dinner was so amazing delicious with fruits they grew in their own garden. The room was really cozy and we could sleep very well without AC. We would recommend it to everyone.

Every thing was perfect,starting with the worm friendly meeting,clean and big size rooms,greeny area around...etc.

It is a place not to be missed. The location is wonderful,serene and peaceful. There is a garden full of trees tidely reserved within the nature. You can spend relaxing time in the balcony just by the breeze under the trees.The rooms are clean,naturally maken,super tidy and cosy..there is a wooden roof and beds and furniture. The family who runs and owns it offer you whatever you need, breakfast, dinner, waters to buy and beers,sri lanka tea and coffee, tuk tuk and car for tours and safari. We will never forget the pure kindness of all the family and especially the good hearted lady of the family who is always willing to help you. Although we were not sure in the beginning to book it because there are not many reviews,as the place is brandly new and opened just in January, after our visit, we would highly recommend it.

Amazing breakfast, different everyday! Big and clean room with fan in fron of the bed.

It's a bit too far from main street, which at night force you to get a tuk tuk,because of elephant walking around in the dark.no wi fiu and the power was going down quite often, turning the room very hot without the fan

The very warm welcome from Chandika, Harshani and their family.😊 The large spacious room that looked brand new. The room smelt great and was immaculate and great WiFi.👌I loved seeing the children in the morning having fun playing cricket and football. They have the biggest smiles.😁 Harshani’s cooking was amazing and I felt like a king with how much food that she prepared every morning. 🥰 I highly recommend you using Chandika too for your tour of Lions Rock, Pidurangala Rock, Spice Garden and seeing Wild Elephants. This was my highlight whilst in Sri Lanka. I will miss you all but know I will visit again on my return to beautiful Sri Lanka. ☺️🙏❤️🇱🇰

Nothing, my stay was perfect I decided to extend my stay for another two days. 😃

The staff was very friendly, they welcomed us with fresh lime juice and the property was very pleasant. Complimentary break fast was really delicious. Stayed just for a day there but realized later that we should have stayed for more than 2 or 3 days.

My stay in Pride Rock Villa was simply amazing! The house is brand new, so all the facilities are in a good shape and everything is very clean. The place is located in the end of the village, so it is super calm there and you can enjoy just sound of the birds, peacocks and a big garden... The owners are very sweet too and they were taking good care of me as I was their own family member :) All the food I had there was very delicious, plus I could taste a lot of fruits picked directly from their garden... The stuff can also tell you good tips what to visit in the area and if needed, they are even able to organize tour for you, including visit of Sigiriya... So if you are searching for a peaceful place with a good hospitality, this could be the right place for you! ;)

· We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful, well kept and very quiet Villa Nice rooms, tasteful breakfast and most of all Chanidika and his wife were very friendly and helpful with tipps and organisation. We enjoyed our stay very much and can absolutely recommend the this place!
