"Cape Town is an absolutely beautiful city to be on holiday . Will always be back but at other accommodation."

The actual apartment was perfect it had everything that you needed with great tastes in decor and furniture.

The second bedroom shower did not work well and the water did not drain well it was standing in the shower for a long time . The noise from Amber below went on until 4-5am was very disturbing with loud music. The ITC staff was not friendly at all he was very stern and rigid with no client skills compared to other places we stayed .

"Great 10 day stay"

Apartment was in a great spot close to where you want to be. Easy to order uber if you want to go further out of town but everything is within walking distance. There is a club at the end of the block so can get noisy at night time. The host to the apartment was fantastic and met us with the keys and met us when checking out.

It can get a little noisy at night.

Great location and secure building

Having a shower in the second bedroom with water trickling from it made showering unpleasant so we had to use the main bedroom shower. Also having a broken ironing board ( which was replaced with another wobbly one) as well as a leaking iron was not good. Also the first apartment where there was no welcoming milk in the fridge or a few basic condiments.

"We loved the accommodation apartment"

Everything was spot on. Everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean. The host was thee best. It was homely. Very safe. Very convenient for us to move around the city the fact that it’s in the city centre. The view is perfect of the Table Mountain and city.

The apartment was well equipped, modern and clean. I was impressed that dishwasher and washing machine capsules were provided. Really comfortable and good value for money.

I was advised housekeeping was included in our stay, but housekeeping only came once when I asked. The extraction fan in the bathroom is not working.

Loved the views and equipped kitchen Also loved the spacious shower area

That they didn't have a lock box . And the air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't heating. We were cold as they were no extra blankets in the room. However after requesting they brought us a blanket the next day
