Beautiful Family Apartment with amazing views @ 16 on Bree

It was exactly like the pictures in a good way, but it felt like it exceeded expectations at the same time. The staff/security were super and security walked us to supermarket and back again. Felt safe. Loved the bar on 27th Arweeto and Tandi were such lovely hospitable bar staff. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Hard one. But if you press me for an answer the lifts could've done with being faster/more efficient

The size of the apartment and the view

Very comfortable beds, great facilities and the 24 hour security was fantastic. Well located for access to attractions and for pick up for tours. The service was excellent. Tyron and Angelo went above and beyond firstly by tracking the bag I left behind in a taxi and later but escorting us to the local food store there and back. They even insisted on carrying our shopping! We were well cared for and our safety was of the utmost importance to everyone involved with the apartment. We could ask Security for advice on where we could walk and what would be our safest options. They really took care of us.

We didn’t have a safe even though we had been told there would be one.

The property was clean, the security at the front were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and overall a spacious apartment for a family of three.

I was surprised by how sound travelled to the 17th floor. A few nights there was a lot of noise from the streets ( and that’s with closed windows) . However I do remember reading about the possibility of some noise because of it being a busy area.
