Beautiful Family Apartment with amazing views @ 16 on Bree

The host was very punctual at the time of checking in and checking out. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a short to moderate stay. The location is also very convenient and walking distance to the waterfront.

The place is comfortable, clean, accessible and near other amenities like Supermarkets and Restaurants. The WiFi is perfect and privacy is guaranteed. I had a wonderful mountain view and general view of the town.

The beddings and bath towels should be made available. Guests should be able to change beddings more frequently than the once in 7 days!!!. The kitchen should also provide the basics such as tea bags, sugar, hand napkins. May be eggs as well. The water in the refrigerator was expired!

Great location within close proximity of major amenities. Decor is immaculate and security is secure.

Loved the apartment, the decor, location, and the spectacular view of Table Mountain. Near to absolutely all the Cape Town must see spots. Safe parking and building. 100% recomend.

Location close to everything . Only thing don’t take car park at 7 storey , it takes 10min each time to go out and get in .

Noise .. apartment isn’t well isolated from outdoor noise . We can’t sleep properly as the road and bar noise doesn’t stop 24h.

The apartment was modern well fitted out and had enough space and storage for all Our bags with a baby. The shower was good and we liked the roof top pool even though it was always quite busy if the sun was out.

The security check in was like an airport and took a while to get sorted, security guys were great though. . Later that evening we found out why , the area has many drug addicts and street beggars and after dark you do not feel safe at all. Little things annoyed us , so like if they know you’re likely to get mugged it would be really nice to just have a few more basics in the apartment salt sugar milk and a little cooking oil . That would help or even a voucher for coffee / tea by the pool . I went out very briefly just beyond the doorway and was very glad to get back in safely . As regards the apartment it has a lift which was good but in one bedroom there was a smell like urine and it never left the room. I reported it on departure but they didn’t really follow up on this . It’s a great place to stay but you feel a bit like a chicken in a coop .

The location was excellent - with walking distance to everything, including Waterfront. The street felt safe, and there were several nice restaurant very close to the apartment. The security was very good; we felt very safe. The host organized transport for us and met us very friendly at the apartment, even though it was very late arrival - at 24:00. The view from the apartment was extremely nice, and the roof terrace perfect.
