The Panda - Modern 2 Bedroom Apt in Manchester City Centre

The water drainage of the sink in both bathrooms are very poor and moss was found in the showers and walls of bathrooms.

Property was lovely every room finished nicely. Good location for our needs and easy to find just off the motorway. All the instructions for arriving, the parking and getting the keys were clear. Having a secure private parking bay was also a great bonus. Only a short walk from plenty of bars restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend

The location and details on how to find the property were very clear, the size of the property was excellent and the bathrooms and the facilities in them are brilliant just the grouting needing redone in some places. The kitchen facilities are great everything you need if you cook or get take away. The view was beautiful especially at night from the double doors on to the patio. The apartment is very secure but a decent amount of stairs and walking to the lift but felt very secure. The reception staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful.

The beds ...... the mattresses were springs and very uncomfortable felt incredibly cheap sounds mean but just trying to be honest. My only other complaint was the couch, it is incredibly low with no padding for comfort, getting out of it was a task we ended up putting the duvet on the couch to lift it a bit and cushions from the bedroom to rest your head on. Was a good laugh but we were still very uncomfortable.

Property located very close to Oxford Road station which was a plus. Perfect if you were going to the Palace Theatre. Concierge staff so friendly and helpful
