The very helpful gentleman on the reception the evening we arrived . It was also easy to collect the key at the nearby Spar.

Was a comfortable apartment with very good facilities. Lift available to upper floors. Pick up of keys is at a nearby location. Chocolates were left for us on arrival which was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Aircon worked very well, also plenty of windows and a small veranda. Close walk to metro station. Was very close to multiple train tracks we heard them in the day, but not at night.

Everything was explained clearly for our arrival and departure. The flat is spacious and comfortable. It is even close to many amenities. Very friendly staff and liked their feedback. The receptionists were very friendly as well.

We felt the bed is a bit small. Although the window is double glazed the rumbling of the train is stil heard. Would have preferred an armchair rather than the bag to sit on. The garage token needs a battery change.

Location was good and apartment was lovely, very spacious. Everything that we needed for a family of 4
