Vert clean; good location, plenty of parking.

The kitchen needs a few more items: coffee cups, another wine glass or two, corkscrew. More (and softer) towels.

The listing advertises two bed, with one being a futon. In reality, there is no futon. There is a bed and an air mattress. Only one flat sheet was provided for the air mattress. No other blanket, sheets, pillows. I asked and I was told they do not provide "extra" blankets. I was extremely frustrated with the incorrect listing and lack of attention to the issue. The contact tole me that booking.com considers "air mattress" and "futon" the same thing. They are not. They replied politely and often quickly but were of no help in actually ensuring a second bed. Definitely DO NOT rent this place if you expect a second bed. (I should have read previous reviews with similar complaints.) The lack of a second bed was extremely inconvenient for us. Other concerns: the couch in the living room is hard and uncomfortable and there are no towels, only paper towels, in the kitchen. Mugs are also hard to find/not there (I never found them). The door code process was occasionally annoying but eventually always worked.

Poor communication and slow to resolve a problem (on them) leaving us (3 women over 60) to STAND outside for 1 hour in 91 degrees, VULNERABLE until they resolved it. Also, (FALSE) advertising ,says 3 beds but only one and a blow up mattress .

Super cute and cozy. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs were very roomy. Perfect for couples on a date night!

Loved that there was coffee and even a few flavored creamers in the fridge, but some of creamer was expired and chunky and there wasn't a coffee cup to drink the coffee. Also could have used a throw blanket on the couch.

Private, comfortable, lotta space for two folks, quiet, safe. Would stay again, great value and was available at the last minute - I did same day booking. No need for interactions with front desk or housekeeping was a plus for me, I liked the quiet and privacy of it.

Note that I did not reach out to the property to fix these things on the spot because I enjoyed the privacy. That said, several minor things stacked up, making this place feel like a bit of a cash grab. - ID checking: I didn’t like having to text a photo to an unknown number. There should be some other more secure way to do this. - chair was missing screws (safety hazard!! Almost fell off!!) - shower curtains long and floppy (perhaps rod installed too short) - black colored linens more prone to dirt (or were damaged with bleach?) - teapot had old water in it

The location was convenient to the events we attended. Easy walking distance to the Qline for getting downtown.

Attention to details not great: TV remote did not work- needs new batteries. Coffee maker did not work- needs descaling according to the machine. No coffee cups, despite letting the management know. After checking out and receiving my security deposit back, I was charged an additional $100 deposit. When questioned about this was told it would be refunded in 7-10 days. Absolutely no reason for this. Would not stay here again.
