L'établissement dans une atmosphère jungle était juste incroyable, le restaurant super bon ! Une chambre magnifique avec beaucoup de piscines dans l'hôtel et des équipements dernier cri.

Le service du personnel au petit déjeuner, tout était long, sale et un gros manque de réactivité ! Obligé de demander 2 à fois pour des couverts et un bol

Rooms were spacious

Do not stay in this hotel. They position themselves as a "jungle retreat" but that is not the atmosphere of the property. The vibe of the hotel is very off: it is no welcoming or relaxing at all. The place feels desert and the staff is poorly trained in customer service and do not know how to feel the clients welcomed. The pool was always dirty, the included breakfast is basically plain bread, fruits and jams - for anything other than that you have to pay - and they only have free yoga classes on Saturday, so if you are not staying there in a Saturday you have to pay at least 700 pesos. When you position yourself as a jungle retreat, you expect to feel welcomed into a community with good energy. However, that was not the case at all: we genuinely did not want to spend time at the hotel. A particularly frustrating experience happened on our first day: our Wi-Fi was not working. It took them an entire day to fix it. They lied to us saying that there were not other rooms available (even though the hotel was clearly empty) and did not care about making the problem less frustrating. Since they communicate via WhatsApp and there is no intercom in the rooms, we had to stay in the restaurant to use their wifi to be able to respond. We already knew that the location was bad, but we expected the hotel to be an enjoyable place that we would wanna to spend some of our time chilling there. Definetly not what happened. Reinforcing: do not stay here. They do not care about customers and will not move a finger to make your stay pleasant. There are much better options with similar prices: Holistika, if you want to feel in a truly retreat, and Panamera hotel, the cutest beach-front boutique hotel with a rooftop bar and beachclub. PS: the "private pool" is so small and cold that looks more like an ice bath.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast, een heel ruim appartement met alles erop en eraan. Als je iets nodig hebt, kan je via Whatsapp de receptie bereiken, zij reageren snel op je vragen. Niets is te veel voor het personeel. Het is een mooi domein, verdeeld in 2 locaties, maar je mag in beide locaties de faciliteiten gebruiken. Je hoeft gewoon de straat over te steken. Wij voelden ons helemaal op ons gemak in dit hotel en werden echt in de watten gelegd. We kunnen het alleen maar aanraden om hier te logeren.

Het hotel ligt wat verder van Tulum-centrum. Maar je kan fietsen huren, een taxi reserveren, met je eigen wagen gaan. Of gewoon wandelen is zeker te doen. Maar op zich heeft het hotel hier niets mee te maken.

The design, rooms were beautiful and housekeeping for inside the rooms did a great job thank you.

The restaurant facilities were lack lustre, gym had 2 out of order treadmills, no yoga classes as advertised only 1 per week, no free shuttle as advertised it was $40 per way per person (don’t get get inDrive or didi). The prices of food and drink were crazy high and poor quality food and drinks. They provide washing machine but no laundry liquid. The towelling was pulling apart threads not 5 star. Pools were all dirty, couldn’t swim, the lounges dirty and disheveled always. On the checkout they accused us of taking a hair dryer and it took an hour to realise it was in the bathroom the whole time delaying our departure. They send auto messages asking how they can help daily but very poor assurance with transport, activities, recommendations.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy positiva. El lugar nos encantó: destacamos especialmente el diseño, la arquitectura y la ubicación, que hacen del hotel un espacio realmente agradable y con mucho encanto.

La experiencia durante el check-in fue algo extraña y desorganizada. Al llegar no nos entregaron las pulseras de ingreso ni las toallas, y la explicación sobre el funcionamiento del hotel fue bastante incompleta. Incluso al ingresar a la habitación notamos que la cama no tenía sábanas. Durante la estadía, cada vez que solicitábamos algo adicional, el tiempo de espera para recibirlo era largo. Nos gustaría destacar especialmente la atención de Tomás, de recepción, quien fue la única persona que nos brindó un trato realmente excelente y resolutivo. Su amabilidad y predisposición marcaron una gran diferencia en nuestra experiencia.
