Guest house on Gillian Unit 3

Unit #3 is terrible. We have stayed there before and was 100 %, but unit #3 is terrible. Fridge makes a lot of noise, toilet seat was lose, sealing need s a serious paint. This is the plus side, the noise during the night with other people/ staff was unacceptable!!! We hardly had any sleep. The rules state noise needs to be down by 22h00, well the noise carried on until after midnight!!! I would think twice of going back there, which is a shame, as we have stayed there before but in unit 4 and 5, but unit 3 is a shit hole, never again in unit 3. I will be contacting the owners about this as well.

Place was clean everything there that you need , just bed was broken , otherwise no problem lems

I slept in unit 3 that was smelling tobacco and I am non smoker and asthmatic.. I asked the lady to move me to another room free of tobacco and she said there is non. The shower had no water it was drips and draps .I ended up using the kitchen sink to bath
