"“We didn’t stay it was so nasty”"

There was nothing we liked. We got our money back because they put us in a roach filled room. “Nasty” When we was leaving we was talking to the people out side and they told us they were not even suppose to be renting that room because of the bugs

Everything. Got out of the car to go check in. 40 little kids running around cussing and fighting. Got the room. Before we even got to the door for the building. Smelled like straight pot, armpit, and bad life decisions….

"I had to rent it on short notice. If i had to again , i would try all other options possible first"

I liked that they allowed my dogs. With a rather large fee of course . And the set up of the room was good

I didn’t like that ive seen a few roaches, they change rules daily, and they charge you to get clean bedding, and towels

Location

The hotel was nasty!! Food in couch and bugs everywhere!! Fridge broke wifi didn't work pool out service!! No blankets only sheets and blood on bed disgusting 😒

"Just horrible. 100% nightmare!! Had a sheet on the sofa due to it being so nasty and had wholes so try just cover it up"

Nothing at all . The worst 2 nights sleep ever. Will never stay here again. Check In customer service was horrible. I asked to change rooms because mine was nasty and she told me no , they don’t do that. So basically you are telling me you don’t believe in good customer service. Pictures below will show you had bad our room was . Me and hubby stayed out all day so we would not be in the room.

Everything about this property is wrong. The pool has been closed for 3 years and it had dirty water and some nasty brown stuff in in. Like cove it or just drain it so it’s not nasty looking. My room had big wholes in the carpet and only one light bulb worked in the bathroom. Had to call maintenance man because the windows did not lock and we were on the floor floor. Not a safe feeling.

"I didn’t…i slept in my truck!"

Nothing…sleep in my truck…me and my sisters 4 of usfrom 3:00am until 9:00am! Had to call at 9:05 because the office was opened at 9:00am as posted!

The room, Roach, water system and non working tv’s! They blamed booking.com for false advertisement and told me to get my refund from you! I have it all on video! Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of! I’ll never trust booking systems again if this is how you make money!
