"Bed bug hotel"

The staff was nice but forgetful of giving me back my driver license.

Rooms were not clean and had bed bugs we instantly requested a refund and found a new hotel 36 minutes away. When getting to the new hotel to check in the representative at this hotel never gave me back my driver license and I had to drive back to get it in order to check into the new bed bug free hotel. Not a good experience at all.

"Wouldn’t stay again."

Was able to check in early and get room key as we would be returning very late to room.

Stairs to room were in terrible condition. Room had an odor. Smoke/musty. Couldn’t read degrees on heater/A/C unit. We were supposed to have two queen beds and got one.

"Ghettofabulous"

Door was off closet. Homeless people hanging out in courtyard where you checked in. Smelled like a wet dog. (As the air freshner wore off) Door was kicked in... before me. Bent at deadbolt. Alarm in room next to me went off from 6 am to 8 am. Every 10 minutes.
