Staff wee rude

Staff were rude room dirty hair in bed tv didn’t work properly outside don’t think they stayed there oh hell no never again room was dirty stove yuck

it was close to an event I was attending.

it was dirty. there was a group of men sitting outside the hotel office playing loud music and drinking alcohol. the hotel clerk was very rude. I paid for the room 2 weeks in advance called and confirmed everything, had a confirmation number, then when I went to check in I was told I did not have a reservation and the hotel was full.
