very helpful staff. good dinner meal

breakfast wasn't 4 star, more like premier inn or equivalent. 'fruit salad' was just some melon. no soft fruit. Tea and coffee self service and not very good. Had to ask for milk , plates, refills hot water. Pastries just a handful of pain au chocolat. disappointing

The spa facilities. Nice staff. The food was good. Excellent gf breakfast on its own table with separate toaster 👏 Interesting building. Plenty of parking.

Miserable receptionist. Threadbare carpets everywhere. Having to pay for food & drinks . Not being able to put in your room

The location, building itself and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are very large, the staff were helpful and the spa was pleasant, and the breakfast was nice

It’s an odd place, and tired in many places where feels like being run down for few years with little if any recent investment that I could see. Our room was advertised as executive and yet it had damage to walls and furniture, plus the hot water was scalding hot and the cold water was hot. The double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together and to make it worse, one was taller than the other by an inch. Certainly not executive, more hashed together to try and cover the obvious growing cracks.

Hotel cayers more for golfers and conferences than personal stays

The bed was comfortable but the room is looking very tired. Breakfast choice good but needs to be hotter, toaster needs attention. Spa and swimming pool was very nice.
