"Wonderful, relaxing stay."

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotels main areas and garden are beautiful. The spa is one of my favourites with great facilities.

The spa would benefit from an update with paint as there was quite a bit chipped off and bare plaster on the ceiling.

"Overnight relax on our way South from Scotland"

Location. Friendly staff. Excellent spa.

Too many stairs to get to our room with luggage. We decided to have dinner in the bar as we were tired from out journey from Scotland. We were not told there was over an hour wait for food, 75 mins was too late.
