Vista Arena, incredibile

This is an exceptional apartment the views of the arena were beyond words center of Verona, so you could walk or catch the red bus to all the tourist locations

The location was excellent. Superb. Lovely apartment, spacious, overlooking the Amphitheater.

Plug sockets a little challenging. The entrance into the apartment building was not clear as the link did not work but once in, very easy. Had a small issue which was instantly resolved with the host. Very helpful. Still unsure how to access the building for the initial time.

Excellent location. Immaculate and comfortable accommodations.

The key situation was a little tricky. We accessed the building the first time by following someone into the building. Also, upon leaving for the last time, you need a key to exit the building downstairs, but the keys must be left in the apt. So one of us went down with the key, opened the door, and ran the key back upstairs while one of us held the downstairs door open. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

The location is sublime. You can almost touch the arena. The apartment very large and spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen.

As others have said, getting into the apartment complicated. Had to ring owner as we couldn't get into the apartment building itself. As you need the key to gain entry. The external gate situation should be made LOUD AND CLEAR with a prominent note with the keys in the hall drawer. Not just amongst the instructions texted. Also where to put rubbish on departure.

The size, cleanliness and location.

The view is sooo beautiful, the apartment was large and light, much bigger than it looked in the pictures. Two bathrooms were helpful and it was exceptionally well located.

It didn’t have some basic stuff, very few toiletries, no bottled water or anything on arrival, no salt or useful amenities in the kitchen. The towels were beyond dreadful. As a guest you didn’t feel particularly cared for by a host, it had been cleaned well but other than that comfort wasn’t so well considered. It’s such a nice apartment, some caring touches could really make it feel special.

Nice apartment with view of the arena. Great location, close to restaurants and stores.

It was not easy to find the door to the property. Finally after we called the main number we were able to locate it. We also at the property at 2.30 and after calling them the refuse to let us in till 3. So we waited outside. January is pretty cold in Verona. The beds in the twin room are very uncomfortable, one of my family members had to go to sleep in the sofa in the living room, the other room's bed were fine. There were not extra blankets that we needed it. Kitchen was not fully stocked and there were not bottles of water or any refreshments for us to enjoy (as we found in many other properties) especially after the pretty high price for one night in off season.
