Lovely 1-bedroom condo in Aarhus C

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gefallen. Ein freundliches und sauberes Ambiente der Fewo hat unseren Aufenthalt in Aarhus abgerundet. Die gut besuchte Bar im Haus (anderer Eingang) ist auch ganz nett. Oft gibt es hier Life-Musik. Dann ist es abends/nachts wahrscheinlich nochmal einbissel lauter. Wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen. Unweit des Hauses ist ein Parkplatz. Das Zentrum und der Hafen von Aarhus ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung eindeutig weiterempfehlen.

Kleine Löffel konnten wir nicht finden. Ansonsten super eingerichtet. Der Schließer der Haustür (unten) ist zu stark eingestellt. Man wird regelrecht durch die Tür nach aussen auf den Fußweg über eine kleine steile Treppe gedrückt. Kann leicht behoben werden. Im Hausflur/Treppenhaus hat es extrem nach parfümierten Waschmittel gerochen, weil hier die Wäsche getrocknet wurde. Das penetrant parfümierte Waschmittel wurde auch zum Waschen der Bettwäsche und Handtücher verwendet. Tipp: Besser weniger stark riechendes Waschmittel mit dezenten Duft benutzen. ... Sonst riecht man sein eigenes Parfüm nicht mehr. Nur der bloße und kurze Kontakt zur Bettwäsche ließ unsere Kleidung noch zu Hause danach riechen.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Proche du port et du centre-ville

Il n'y a pas de tentures ni de stores aux fenêtres, on se croit en plein jour durant la nuit. Appartement très bruyant. Douche vétuste

On the edge of the university district, upstairs from a bar, but surprisingly quiet. Short walk to lost of restaurants and also grocery stores. Pleasant walk through old town to cathedral and on to ARoS. Spacious, with well equipped kitchen.

Very bright in bedroom, blinds would be helpful, bring eye patches! Dryer provided, but would have liked a clothes airer. Short walk to paid parking, but does fill up when people come home from work, and is quite expensive. Front door to building is very heavy, and lock a bit temperamental, had to jiggle it a lot. Stairs to front door and internal ones very steep.

Would be good to write that apartment is on top of a jazz bar with a lot of smoking outside which goes into the apartment- very noisy trafficked area

Thé unit had several nice features and a well appointed kitchen that had numerous small appliances but no toaster.

Thé unit is above a BAR !! The curtains in the bedroom do nothing to keep out the illumination from the street light outside the window. There were several electrical outlets that were suspect and could use some attention. All this was topped off by the entry stairs that were extremely steep with narrow treads in a spiral configuration that are extremely dangerous for most guests and the listing should reflect this hazard ( pictures attached ) .

Good location. It is above a jazz bar yet was quiet in the room.

Bed was in bad condition, very lumpy. Standing shelving next to the bed was on the verge of collapse. Street parking was hard to find.

Great location! Apartment was way bigger than expected. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Shower has great water pressure and temperature.

Walls are thin and you can hear footsteps from the common stairs as the main bedroom is right next to the common stairs. The apartment is also facing the main street, in front of the tram tracks and above a bar. Luckily we're not light sleeper, so that didn't bother us much.

A cozy apartment in a central location in Aarhus. This place has likely been renovated/repaired since the last few negative comments, as it is tidy and clean. The issue with the bright street lamp has been elegantly fixed with a velvet curtain and one can really tell the owners put in the effort to make the best out of the apartment.
