Lovely 1-bedroom condo in Aarhus C

I was a little nervous about arriving as I had seen some negative reviews after we booked the accommodation about the sheets and the window being broken, but we were pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town, it is right above a jazz bar, but the noise isn't too bad, you can just hear the murmur of people talking - the jazz bar is great & you should definitely visit! The apartment was spacious, clean & had everything we needed, we wish we stayed longer. Aarhus is a beautiful city and this apartment was exactly what we needed for our time there. There was nothing wrong with the sheets & the windows were all fixed!! It was great as there was a washer & dryer so we could prep for our next spot.

The stairs to the apartment are a little steep, so just be careful taking bags up. There is no light where the shower is, but I just leant my phone torch towards the shower and it was totally fine. The bedrooms are quite bright as there are street lights right outside, would have been better with proper curtains, rather than just net curtains but my partner hung a blanket up in one of the windows which definitely made it better.

The location was ideal, with convenient nearby parking. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the host was quick to respond and very friendly. The apartment itself was spacious with effective heating that made it cozy and comfortable.

The stairwell was very steep, which may be challenging for some guests. Although the linens were clean, they appeared quite worn. The listing mentioned shampoo, but there was only a single dispenser filled with body wash. Additionally, street noise was quite noticeable, almost as if the windows were open.

It was lovely and big. It was also central so close to shops.

No heavy curtains to block out the constant bright lights outside. The stairs to the flat are really steep so you need to be careful going down them. Not as clean as I would have liked.
