"Great location in Madrid"

The apartment it was fully equipment for a short stay, everything was clean, we found the apartment clean with all utensils needed. The location was also great if you are looking a place near all the monumental and good places to have drinks or tapas :) The host was amazing, they were very friendly and were very communicative about the stay. Definitely will be going back next time

Although the area is close to the city center, the apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it somewhat unsafe. There is also a lot of noise coming from the other apartments.

La casa era fredda e poco accogliente. Il soppalco era adatto solo a persone di bassa statura mentre il piano terra era a livello della strada.Niente finestre sopra e sotto. Niente impianto di areazione nei bagni.

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottimale per la visita della città, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro, in un quartiere tranquillo. La struttura è piccola ma efficiente.

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la serratura automatica, ma l'assistenza da parte del proprietario è stata costante e tempestiva, molto gentili e disponibili.
