Its was well furnished and had supermarkets nearby

Its very expensive for what it is, its very hot during the summer, is not as close to center as it says, the staff were quite rude during the check in and they didn’t help when we have problems closing the main door, that doesn’t work properly for years (according to reviews from 2024)

Tudo perfeito, acomodação limpa e agradável! Quando voltarmos a Madri, com certeza iremos reservar novamente!

The only good review is for the location of the apartment. All the rest is total disaster!

I'd like to share the negative experience that me and my family had in this apartment. When we checked in the apartment we realized that the apartment is totally frozen and there were only two blankets and two top covers. There are heaters inside, but very small once and they're not able to turn over the temperature. So I kindly asked the host to provide something more to warm ourselves, as my kids were freezing, but they said that they won't do anything else, so I was forced to buy thermal underwear for all of us and even a small heater. We turned it on and the main switch shutted down. We tried to take showers, but the boiler is so small that after the first person you have to wait for at least 30-45 minutes just to make sure that the water will be enough for the second. So taking a shower is something that the last of us had to wait until 01:00 o'clock and this is every day. At last but not at least there's no Internet in the apartment and after several restarts from the electricity and after all the steps the host told me to try nothing happened. I told them that I need the Internet urgently, as I have to work and I have also scheduled several online meetings, but all they told me as again "I understand you, from reception the only thing I can do is to continue communicating the message to the appropriate department and transmit back the answer that they give me.". So guys, if you wanna be totally disappointed visit this place, otherwise just stay away!
