no ventilation in loft, no vents in bathroom, no vents in bathroom. blind would not stay closed. construction next door.

Perfect location, close to bus and tube.

There were some doors that werent locking, but I told them and they said are going to fix it for the next customer

Great location. Very close to the city centrum. Very clean room, Good equipment quality. Bad was very comfortable to. Good contact with landlord.

Clearly this is not a room for people over 1,75. The marks on my head confirm this. Beware of the stairs and cornice on the mezzanine. Without it, it would be perfect, despite price really to high for this quality. But it seems to be a general problem in Madrid.

Nothing! It is a scam! But relatively good location, walking distance from the Royal Palace.

This apartment is much smaller than it should be. According to the description it is 50 m2 but it is maximum half of that. I think it was that size originally but they make it into two smaller apartments. Because of it the walls are really thin, so it can be very noisy! And there are no windows at all!! In my opinion it is a scam because I payed relatively lot of money for cosy rooms and did not get that. There were also problem with the wifi. The place where one must collect the keys is so far away from the apartment that is ridiculous.

The kitchen a little small

Reception was friendly and the apartment was very clean with an excellent location and great furnishings. Felt as though we were locals while staying there despite being from out of town! Checking out was nice and easy. Holplace was very responsive and answered my questions with great detail. Felt safe the whole time! Unable to remember whether this was mentioned, but Holplace will hold your luggage for the day if you’re staying in Madrid past checkout time. Three of us stayed in the apartment. Felt as though it would comfortably fit four, though with any more people it may be a tight fit.

Initial instructions regarding the distance of the reception desk from the apartment itself could have been more clear. We walked from the key pickup location to the apartment, though it was a bit of a trek given we had luggage with us. Additionally, I was concerned about giving my passport to reception as an international visitor, but turns out that most places require you to hand over your passport.
