Weavers Cottage, Tideswell, sleeps 6, dog friendly

Bardzo ładny angielski dom położony bardzo blisko centrum, w którym jest wszystko, czego potrzeba. Niesamowite miejsce by poczuć klimat życia blisko natury. Z Tideswell można ruszyć na wspaniałe wędrówki po Peak District. Dookoła rozlega się mnóstwo pastwisk i pięknych zielonych krajobrazów. W domu właściciel zadbał o wiele udogodnień z bardzo jasnymi wskazówkami.

W domu sugeruję by podczas odkurzania dobrze przejrzeć miejsca pod, za łóżkami i w kątach. Niestety sporo tam znaleźliśmy kurzu i pajęczyn. Niestety zastaliśmy mnóstwo pająków, co nie było miłe, zwłaszcza córki i żony :(

Fixtures and fittings were great

We had to remove about 7 spiders, but I think it is to be expected given the location and time of year.

Beautiful cottage, nice and cool out of the sun. The bedroom was quite stuffy, as we visited when ot was hot outside. The cottage and surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, it was our first visit to the Peak District and we'll definitely return.

The dog needed to walk for a wee as it was a courtyard. But that's really not a problem as there was a small field just up the road.

Good location and key lock box is an excellent idea.

There seemed to be no washing-up liquid provided. The recycling bin was overflowing ie had someone else used it and there was no basket in the top of the bin visible - could be missing? There were large stains on the double-bed duvet perhaps this should be dry-cleaned? We could not find any new black bin liners for the main bin plus we were not sure where the used bin liners should have been placed. Otherwise all good.

Sleeping arrangements a bit tight. Needed-to walk around he dog a bit far to find green.

The property was in an amazing position in the village of Tideswell. Close to shops and pubs and with a lovely view from the house. Parking was allocated right outside making getting luggage in and out easy. We went to the Star Inn one evening and the food and service was great and very welcoming to dogs. The cottage is in a great location for walks in the local area. The cottage, was spotless and with all the facilities you could need. We were a family and the kids loved the Jack and Jill bathroom.

It was exactly what we were looking for, low ceilings and steep steps but what comes with staying in a period cottage.
