Initially we had booked a deluxe room. It was fine, however we later requested to change or upgrade our room, the staff happily facilitated our request and we paid a little extra. The next room they had us in was lovely! It was clean, it was quiet and in a good spot to get to Old Town Phuket and also to the ferry to head toward Phi Phi Island. I would stay here again.

The bed was super firm, I would have appreciated an extra blanket in the cupboard.

Staff was wonderful. Location was very close to Old Town. Plenty of places around for food, coffee, etc. Room was large and comfortable.

The plumbing was finicky, but we’ve ran into that issue everywhere in Thailand.

Das Positive zuerst: Es war zentral gelegen in Old Town und es war sauber.

Alles oldschool, die Betten bretthart, der Fitnessraum eine Zumutung, die Klimaanlage sehr laut (entweder man lässt sie nachts laufen und kann wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen oder man lässt sie aus und schwitzt), die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und ich bin eigentlich nicht empfindlich. Es war eher wie ein Fremdenzimmer als ein Hotel. Zimmerschlüssel wie in einer Jugendherberge. Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte.

Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to old town - 7-11 direct opposite - staff are lovely You get what you pay for- this hotel is good value , quiet rooms and good location
