Good location, good deal with the spa next door to get 50% of massages, the spa was beautiful too, facilities were alright, a bit outdated

The gym can not be called a gym, no equipment, very bad maintained. No Airconditioning, but great view over Phuket town.

No thing every photos in hotel website don't complying with the actual. I arrived to hotel 9 pm and trying to contact the management to fix the problem. No body were there except young guy have no authority. - The room is full of insects whish cause a problem to my wife because she has insects allergy. - the accommodation was old and air condition not working properly with high noise sound - the toilet has bad drainage - the cover of bidet was not fixed proberly. - there is no breakfast buffet because there is no restaurant in the hotel. The just send poor breakfast to the room as prisoner meal (see the photo) And many things I recorded it by video but it can not uploaded here When the manager came next morning and after discussion with her about what happened to me. She dealt with me rudely and pay no attention to my request for refund my money. -She offer to cut 2 days although I spend 12 hours in the hotel waiting her contact. - I contacted booking.com call center complaining about that. They trying to fix the problem. But she refuse to refund any money. She was cheater. I recommend any one not to book in this fake hotel because it was a knigtmare night. The grade of this hotel must be less than zero

Fuimos simplemente una noche para descansar en nuestro trayecto de la península a las islas. La habitación es enooooooorme. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio que usamos 2 veces en el día que estuvimos y hace el apaño. La decoración es bastante peculiar. Muchos colores. Nosotros no vemos nunca la TV pero como estábamos de paso para hacer una noche, la encendimos y ¡sorpresa! tenía Netflix y vimos una de nuestras series favoritas: Machos Alfa. No tiene desayuno. Puedes encárgalo pero no nos convencía. Fuimos a un sitio local a desayunar que estaba a 5 minutos caminando y fue toda una sorpresa de rico y de precio (Kruapri Kgeang)

Facility was good with spacious clean rooms and service was reasonably good!

Poor internet connection and no change even after reporting. Breakfast was mediocre and quite monotonous.
