the address was confusing-took 30minutes to locate inside hotel property. Address did not exist

Location and apartment has a lot of potential

No room for negotiating an early check in. It was extremely hot and we had transport booked to the unit from the airport. Walked around umhlanga from 9am to 1:30 waiting for check in. The lady cleaning was also not the friendliest. The unit was invested with cockroaches....got into all our food. The glasses and plates smelled really bad and we went out to purchase paper plates and cups. Bathrooms need extractor fans.

All was good except for the kitchen ware, the frying pans was in no condition to use. And there was a shprtage of plates and glasses.
