Chic 2 Bedroom House in the Heart of Cardiff

The interior of this house is lovely. On a nice street with the city centre just 15 minutes walk away.

I didn't like the way you had to pay a 39 euro deposit to stay here that was not refundable. I didn't have 350 in my account for the other option. This house is right beside the train track so be prepared for the early morning train. Bedrooms could do with curtains and it is very bright in there. Need to supply more than two toilet rolls for guests staying two night or more with a house of four.

The location to the city centre was good, 15 minutes walk

The property was tired with broken and missing blinds. You could not open double doors upstairs. Outside there was smashed glass and rubbish. There were cobwebs and lots of dust, and bathroom tiles were dirty.

Nothing. We did not stay in the property.

The house was right next to train tracks, which was not written in properly description. When we eventually got the correct key code and entered house it had an odd smell. Back door was jammed so couldn't use garden which was filthy and over grown. Beds had no mattress protectors and were both filthy. No way were sleeping on them. One looked like It had bugs in. Carpets were filthy, walls were badly marked. Kitchen cupboard doors were dirty as well as oven and microwave. Dining chairs were badly stained as were chairs in the lounge. Shower screen was covered in water stains/ lime scale. No pride at all taken In house. We refused to stay so had to find a hotel as had travelled for over 4 hours. We are waiting for a refund.

The top of the house was ok although very shabby paintwork.

Only 3 dinner plates. Very shabby especially the second bedroom. The shower drain was blocked & flooding the bathroom The rubbish obviously hadn’t been collected for quite a while as back yard had loads of rubbish in it.

Location was great. Short walk into the town centre and stadium, about 10 minutes.

Couldn’t get the heating out. But may have just been us being clowns.

The boiler and radiator did not work. In the end we needed to go to a hótel, and I payd for that. The day after we were moved to another appointment, that appointment was dirty with unmatching blancets and duvets, spit on the wall and just all over much worse then the other one. And this company hasnt payd anything back as the lady from staff , Amber promiced. This ruined the familt trip alot,
