Chic 2 Bedroom House in the Heart of Cardiff

We got to this location early after a very long drive. We did not get access. We tried contacting them for over 2 hours before we could reach them. Only to find out that they were demanding that we should pay a deposit which we had paid already. We indulged their incompetence by paying again. Only to find out again that the property was an utter mess and not cleaned at all, including a soiled toilet. We took pictures and sent it to them. At this point it was already evening and we were all tired including my one year old in the car. At this point we left and booked into another hotel and asked for a refund. Bear in mind that since this is a last minute booking, the new hotel was more expensive than it would have been if we booked earlier. Yet, these people accused us of not giving them enough time to clean the property that we had booked for more than a month before. They are yet to refund the money. Totally awful

Everything was nice except: The bedroom blinds were not good and there was too much light coming through the blinds to be able to sleep well The non stick of the frying pans is cracked and need replacing
