Ritengo sia "scomoda" la modalità di accesso ai locali comuni e cioè la scheda per sbloccare la porta e la difficoltà di aprire la porta in quanto molto pesante. Se avevi qualcosa in mano, tipo la tazza con il tè o il caffè bollenti più il piatto con la colazione non potevi aprirti la porta da sola, dovevi avere qualcuno che lo facesse al posto tuo. Mi è sembrato eccessivo

Practical location, 5 mins from the tram stop. It's on the ground floor, nice rooms, all with en suite bathrooms. Terrace all around. Well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine. Very welcoming staff.

The toilet in room A had not been cleaned/flushed and the shower head leaked. Each bedroom door must be opened with a card key (only 1 per double room). Not practical when you forget it inside when going to the kitchen!

Staff is very welcoming, the whole atmosphere is fairly relaxed, facilities are new and the small studio is fully equipped if you want to do your own cooking. There are other facilities such as a business area, which we used. Location is great, easily accessible from the center of town, and there are numerous pubs, cafés and restaurants in the vicinity.

Information on how to get the keys was not clear and the pre-check in process was burdensome. It's a student accomodation and the bed is very small for two adults. There are amenities, such as free coffee, but they are not replenished, so what's the point? They won't clean your room unless you ask, and the policy is to change sheets once a week, unless you ask, but they don't tell you in advance, just be warned. We were out of bathroom mat for two days because they 'ran out'. Staff are very friendly but not very efficient. Finally, we were there during the Fringe and the prices are ridiculously high.

It’s student accommodation, but breakfast is included every morning, and the facilities are nearly new and well maintained.

Since the unit was newly renovated, there are still some issues that need to be fixed. For example, the bedroom window is difficult to close, and the light bulb in the laundry room has been broken from the start and hasn’t been replaced despite being reported. The windows lack screens, and because the unit is located near the bin storage, small insects occasionally fly in. The glass sliding door in the shower wasn’t properly installed, which makes it feel unsafe to use. The kitchen is slightly under-equipped, missing a larger soup pot and a cutting board.
