JOIVY at Vita Iona Street - Adults only

El recepcionista que habia por la noche era muy bueno y atento. La ubicación está bien a una calle de la calle principal. Todo reformafo y con toma usb para poder conectar el cable del cargador.

No estaba muy limpio. El hecho de que nosotros tuvieramos que sacar la basura al terminar la estancia, cuando al entrar nosotros no habían retirado la anterior. La cama no es cómoda ni las almohadas. Muy caro para la calidad que ofrece.

De kamer was schoongemaakt, maar stonk enorm naar chloor. Zo erg dat zelfs de volgende dag de geur er nog wat hing.

The reception desk staff were attentive, friendly and efficient. The location of the student housing is quiet and very convenient to the tram. The free breakfast was good and an added bonus. The room was clean and the kitchenette was stocked with tea, coffee.

The overall lack of cleanliness. The common areas, carpets in the hallways and the inside of the lift were filthy. We were shocked when we were told the building is only a couple of years old because it's already looking worn. The room was very compact and doesn't have AC, so it got warm when we were there. It was difficult to sleep with the windows open because maintenance staff were out making noise outside. The bed was soft and needs a new mattress.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro andando, pero en una zona tranquila que merece la pena pasear. Todo muy limpio y bastante nuevo, la atención en recepción muy amable. Tiene un lidl muy cerca si necesitas hacer compra. Las vistas del balcón al jardín de detrás son muy agradables. Volvería sin duda.

Falta un poco de menaje de cocina, como bayeta o paño, o un cuchillo que no sea cubertería, pero lo que tiene (tazas, vasos, copas, cubiertos, sartén y cazo, utensilios de sartén y kettle) estaba a estrenar.

La ubicación es bien, tampoco es que esté en en centro pero paseando se llegaba al centro rápido

Muy caro para lo que es, para empezar la dimensión de la habitación es muy reducida. En segundo lugar la comodidad, la cama es malísima, te despiertas destrozado del colchón barato que usan.

We had a fabulous experience at JOIVY, thanks to the great staff and their thoughtfulness and willingness to help with every issue and question, thanks for the amazing location, and thanks for the facilities accommodating our needs to the fullest so we could do laundry for a decent price, have a proper breakfast in our room, and have a smoking area covered from rain and sun.

The room was smaller than it looked in the pictures but it wasn't that crucial.

Todo esta muy bien organizado, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno super completo y las instalaciones genial, con gimnasio y todo.

The workers were helpful and friendly. The location off Leith Walk was just great for all our needs.

The carpet in the lift and the exit area of the 2nd Floor were badly stained and needed cleaning. This was quite off putting.
