Although we were able to check in about 40 minutes earlier than the officially stated time, our overall impression of the stay was unfortunately not very positive, mainly due to the hosts’ approach and overall philosophy. Firstly, compared to other apartments we stayed in around Lake Como, this property had the latest check-in and one of the earliest check-out times, which felt quite inconvenient. Secondly, while the style of the apartment is a matter of personal taste and not something to argue about, cleanliness is something every guest reasonably expects. Unfortunately, the bathroom drain was clogged with hair, and the water was draining very slowly, which was unpleasant. Lastly, I was quite surprised that even a single tea bag came at an extra charge. While €0.50 is not a significant amount, small details like this do affect the overall impression — and in this case, not in a positive way. Overall, despite the early check-in, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Jak dla mnie było zimno w pokoju ( nie zgłaszałam tego gospodarzą, ja tylko nocowałam i dlatego to nie było dla mnie aż takie ważne. Brak suszarki do włosów. Poza tym wszystko ok.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική και η διαδρομή από το τρένο μέχρι το κατάλυμα ήταν σύντομη.Σίγουρα θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά λόγω τοποθεσίας και λόγω της τιμής. Η Ινές ήταν εκπληκτική οικοδέσποινα,μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και ήταν άκρως εξυπηρετική και διαθέσιμη όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας.

Η θέρμανση του σπιτιού εξαρτιόταν από δύο air condition τα οποία δεν είχαμε την ευχέρεια να το ανοίξουμε εμείς όποτε θέλαμε γιατί τα χειριστήρια δεν ήταν στο κατάλυμα.Βέβαια μιλούσαμε με τους οικοδεσπότες και μας το άνοιγαν αυτόματα.Σίγουρα θα προτιμούσαμε να υπήρχαν άλλες 2 πετσέτες προσώπου-χεριών που δεν υπήρχαν και οι υπάρχουσες να ήταν πιο καθαρές.

The place is cosy as well advertised on the booking site. No disappointment with the place.

I was disappointed not to be welcomed by the hosts team! In Laglio, last october I stayed also in an appartment and the host was there to fetch me at the bus stop and accompagnied me to the location, explained how things worked etc. I greatly appreciated that aspect of the personal greeting when you arrive in a foreign country.

The apartment is well situated in a quiet location close to the town centre. Entry courtesy of the lock key box as easy. The apartment is spacious and provided with lots of utensils etc. The shower over a bath was adequate.

Not sure why the fridge space was taken up with lots overpriced drinks! Also there were for sale coffee capsules and teabags also for sale! Hardly a condiment in sight. Strangely we had to contact the owners to turn the heating on as they had wireless control over the units. The bedroom was on a different level located under the sloping eaves of the building which made getting in and out of bed a little difficult. The bedroom is accessed by a set of steep steps
