an irascible, hysterical hostess with total control, demaning to pay city tax in cash otherwise she threatened me with the police report. Came to the apartment and started asking why I removed certain sheets from the bed (sorry, this is my business whether I get hot or cold). The fridge was full of alcohol bottles and there was no space to put the food. I take this as as very agressive marketing to sell alcohol to her guests, not sure if she needs a license for that by the way. Even though it is an apartment with a kitchen, basic kitchen appliances were missing. There is not even a single bag of salt and pepper. Tea bags and coffee capsules coud be purchased at extra cost. Taking into consideration the cost of the place - these small things should be provided for free. BAD TEMPER of the host, BAD ATTITUDE towards guests. DO NOT recommend this place.

It's very spacious and located just a few minutes away on foot from the train station.

The apartment was extremely cold. Both my partner and I got sick during the trip because of that. It may not be the owner's fault, though, since they explained that the heating doesn't work at all after April 8th due to legal regulations, but it was still very unpleasant.

Location was central to everything. Loved Bellano.

Far too small in the bedroom, no room to move around as the roof space is far too low on one side. I am not tall and I had to bend over to prevent banging my head. I didn't always succeed. We had a torrential down pour of rain and when we got back to the apartment it had a few leaks, one over the bed which was wet on one side the other was on the stairs leading up to the bedroom which was really bad and could have been dangerous because it was slippery. There was another leak in the bathroom too. The hosts did offer another apartment across the way. We couldn't access, communication problem. They were going to come over but were 30 minutes away and because we were leaving the next day, I told them not to bother. I know they had no control over the weather, but obviously where the leaks were,they need to addressed.

Mattress was a mass of coils AWFULLY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! Bathroom door has opaque window with toilet seat beside the door. No privacy at all Steepness of ceiling in bedroom made it impossible not to crawl into the bed Initial ad of property said check out was 11 am not 10

The location was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the bathroom has a glass door.

The design of the apartment is stunning and soft! Each item is unique, and gives a feeling that the hosts care about the small details as well as the hosting experience. and so it was! was perfect When I had a problem, they gave support and helped me. Highly recommend!!!!! ♥︎♥︎♥︎
