convenient location

We weren't informed about the lack of hot water on the day of check-in. We were also told that if we wanted hot water, we'd have to pay 8 euros per day. These things should have been discussed in advance, not at check-in, otherwise we wouldn't have rented such uncomfortable accommodation.

Asunto oli siisti ja söpö ja sijainti pikkukujalla oikein hyvä.

Lokakuun alussa ei ollut lämmitys vielä päällä, joten oli viileää. Jos olisi halunnut lämmityksen, olisi pitänyt maksaa 8€/yö.

The property was even better than the pictures, very nice Italian attic at the top of a lovely building right beside the lake. Very convenient locations, about 6 minute walk to bus stop and 2 minute walk to catch the ferry. Couldn’t ask for a better apartment!

There was nothing wrong with property, it was worth all the money we spent on it, ticked all the boxes.

La ubicación, y la posibilidad de coger de la nervera vinos, cervezas.... precio muy razonable, te lo dejan encima de la mesa para que lo sepas y facilidades pago online. A nosotros nos vino genial al no llegar a tiempo al super. La anfitriona super atenta.

Para mi no resuelto ningún problema, pero si la luz no te deja dormir no es posible tapar el tragaluz del atico y entra la luz del amanecer, no estaría mal algún sistema que arregle eso.

Steep stairs might be a challenge for the less mobile

Lovely, charming flat (top floor) at lake Como in beautiful Bellano village. In the flat you will find well equipped fridge (beer, vine all fair prices) coffee maker, fridge-freezer. Flat was nice and clean. Carpark, restaurant with delicious food, beach with bar, toilets, shops etc that’s all around you in short walking distance. If you are looking stay where you can have a proper rest it’s perfect.

Air conditioning requires extra payment unfortunately you won’t be able to control it and you will have to request it true the messages in case if you will need to change settings (until 11pm only) Towels weren’t smell fresh. Other then that we couldn’t complain
