Location and the staff was nice and accommodating.

There were BED BUGS! the pillows were bad, the smell in the bedroom was horrible, the bed made noise every time we moved. The bathrooms are separate from the room and not very clean.

communication with staff before my arrival, good location, possibility to use the kitchen, beautiful old building, it was possible to check in 1h earlier, to leave bags for a few hours after the checkout and the price is relatively ok for the value

the blanket and pillow were not washed for a really long time, so I had a dust allergy once in bed. the bed was very shaky, so that I was not even sure it wouldn't break if I just turned at night (I'm 60 kilos). even with the closed window, it's super noisy at night due to a bustling street, not really possible to sleep without earplugs. it's a shame there's no mirror, so the only option was in a busy shared bathroom
