The building was gorgeous, lovely old property with a quaint lift. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with a nice view. The shared bathrooms were exceptionally clean and we didn’t have any hassle using them with other residents. Noelia was a lovely, helpful and informative host.

Nothing really apart from street and traffic noise, but I’m a light sleeper and that’s nobody’s fault. Noelia kindly moved us to a quieter part of the building which was unexpected and much appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Madrid, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing more than enough room to relax after a day of sightseeing, in my case, while I am still recovering from a broken leg. Having an easy assess and a lift to all floors makes it a great place for someone with low-mobility. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well. Although, what stands the most from everything was the kindness and attentiveness of the owner. She made sure I had everything I needed and were always available to answer any questions, even during early morning when I struggled to open the exit door, giving me the right support I needed. She also provided great recommendations on places to visit in the city, making sure I didn’t miss anything that isn't popular but really interesting like the Naval Museum and the Pantheon. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful city, and the combination of a comfortable room, a welcoming host, and great local advice made it an experience I’ll never forget and probably repeat. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

Great location close to the train station. Noelia was super nice and friendly, good communication she always answered my questions.

Is a big apartment turned into a multiple room flat. In total 7 rooms that share 3 bathrooms, 2 of them have shower. Our room was the number 7 close to the kitchen in which internet signal didn’t reach the room. Also last night they washed clothes and towels until 3:00 am so it was impossible to sleep.

The reception girl is kind and nice.

It’s way too expensive (118euro) to stay in a 3 rooms ‘ shared apartment ! There is no private bathroom, it’s just 3 shared bathrooms, far from the bad room. And please don’t call it double bedrooms with balcony, there is no balcony, you cannot even stand outside the window, because it’s too small! The room size is small, street noise is very loud. It’s a very disappointed living experience, I don’t understand why the rating is so high? I was mislead by the information showed on booking! Pay attention, it’s a 3-rooms shared apartment, not worth money at all!
