The host Noelia was very responsive and helpful. The location was great, within walking distance from the train station and with a bus stop immediately outside. The room was spacious and clean.

Shared communal bathrooms (although this was stated clearly and expected in advance) and limited / no wi-fi

The apartment was a short walk from the train station and park. Good communication from the property owner on WhatsApp - only met her in passing.

There were lots of roadworks going on nearby (March 2025) which obviously couldn't be helped. The kitchen wasn't as well equipped as it could have been but had all the basics, I guess

It was a bit dirty and very noisy

Very close from atocha station. Lost important thing is very helpful host. She had waiting for me because late arrival. And she worry about I am hungry. Great architecture building. It was interesting for me

Noelia was very attentive, my flight was late night and she waited for me until mightnight. The location is great, near Atocha station so is perfect for people who are making train connections.
