GBSpacious apartment. Well located. Easy walk to old town. Food store, coffee shop, pizza place and bar over the road. Good amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed.
Instructions on getting to and into the apartment need to be much more specific, particularly for late night arrivals. Suggest the key box is dismantled as it is a distraction and better lighting to see the keypad.
USThe apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable with a Tempurpedic mattress. Plenty of towels and supplies. The kitchen had a blender which was perfect for our morning smoothies. Also like the convenience to Tesla Superchargers & Sprouts.
You advertise as walking distance, however it was a longer walk than expected. We used Waymo to get to old town. The thermostat was set at 72° & we would’ve liked to have it at 68° and have control of the thermostat.

GBThe property is well appointed. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Superb location. We found a couple of restaurants Pasta Brioni, Cala, which were a few minutes walk away, as was Sprouts supermarket. Pool nice to relax by and not too crowded. This place provided everything we needed for a weekend in Scottsdale.
Our bad, going in July, it was very hot so some places we could have walked to we used Uber.

USCentrally located. a lot of other renters there. loved the pool access as well as laundry usage being simple and accessible. Enough space for 2 people to enjoy. I also loved the detergent/dryer sheets left behind with tea/coffee options. Also, we liked feeling safe despite being on the ground floor. Parking was easy. Every detail was exactly as explained.
Just needed a little TLC in regards to cleaning. It was overall an 8/10 cleanliness IMO. Little things such as the showerhead and bathroom (hair left behind on shelves) could've had an extra eye for cleaning but overall we were more than satisfied with our stay.
USThe condo was in a nice complex in a great location. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. They were fully stocked and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. There was a nice pool in the complex. The patio had a hammock you could relax on. You could walk to all the restaurants and shopping either across the street or at the plaza and mall about a 15 minute walk away. You really can't beat the location.
The pull-out futon is just a single for one small person.
