2 Bdrm Condo in the Heart of Old Town Scottsdale!

No breakfast on site. Location was good for all Scottsdale restaurants and sites in Scottsdale.

I realize that this complex was older but very plain did not make me feel homey. furniture old and uncomfortable, not enough bathing towels and extra blankets. no one came around to check to see if we needed anything. closets very unorganized. had to clean patio full of leaves and debris. blinds need to be fixed or replaced in living room just had a dirty looking drape hanging to cover sliding door. Towell on floor in hallway to catch dripping from air conditioner. Cute place but needed some TLC.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, good internet and television, pool area was nice, parking good. The complex doesn't have great "curb appeal" from the front but the interior courtyard common area is very pleasant.

There were a lot of small things that would not cost much to fix but help a lot: a few new pots/pans/dishes/towels rather than the very worn, odd stuff, fix the electronic door lock - it doesn't work, decent patio furniture. Also, lack of communication - we had a water outage, no hot water, and an unexpected visit from a maintenance man that I think Jacob was informed of in advance but didn't let us know.

Kitchen could use a few additions (Saran wrap, tinfoil, spatula). There was only one box of tissue, many lightbulbs were burnt out. Minor things in the overall experience

The apartment was very centrally located and just a quick walk away from old town. We really enjoyed the pool area, the pool itself is heated and the staff on the property maintains it very well. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the host responded very quickly to all of our needs. Would definitely stay there again!

The door knob is loose and not effective. The code didn't work and we had to phone. The only way the door opened is if you pulled the door in extensively. MANY PEOPLE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR - PLEASE GET IT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Come on - clean it up!!!!

location and comfortable bed

very dirty. stained couches. cushion covers looked like they had never been washed. walked around in socks and had revolting hair on them. smelt of smoke. horrible complex. tv broken and owner didn’t help. not even with instructions on which remote to use! stay somewhere else unless they do a deep clean.

It was clean safe and quiet. There was plenty of room for my wife and I and the kitchen was well stock with everything we need to cook a nice meal minus the food ovcourse. Bathroom well supplied and the bed was excellent.

I can not say anything negative about my stay other then it wasn't long enough

The bed was comfortable.

Curtain would not open in the lounge meaning we could not open the door to go outside. Not that we would have wanted to as it was full of leaves and untidy, no plug in the sink, bathroom was not clean on the floors or in the shower. The air conditioning broke and we had communication but no solution.

Bottom floor. Dark. Sooooo many things wrong with the place and a half hearted response to sort things out. Nothing was resolved. Would suggest it getting taken off and getting sorted before ripping anyone else off.
