GBExcellent location near old town Scottsdale with lots of super markets nearby too, pool was super clean and overall was a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were outstanding, super friendly and replied super fast to queries. Overall it’s a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

Cleanliness was poor and bed was broke held by two screws were undone I don't understand how the house keepers could miss this floors were dirty and the backyard was full of leaves we had no way to use it and it was nice out and couldn't enjoy it. Cleaners show up early in the morning the said we told them to come back of course we would it was 1045 were checkout at 1105 and we got hit with a late check out and was told we needed to pay for the bed. Then the manager got mouthy with me saying I need to be accountable. No dude your bad good luck stay away
USWe stayed in Scottsdale for a couple nights to celebrate my birthday. I wanted a nice vacation rental where we could easily walk to places. This property was perfect! The condo was awesome, very well maintained, and in an ideal location. From restaurants and bars to the nearby drugstore and grocery store: there were ample options within short walking distance. (Though walking in the Arizona heat is another story!) And while it was walking distance to bars, the condo was in a quiet area that was far enough away that we did not hear any of the noise from nearby bars. The condo was tastefully decorated with well-appointed furniture, thoughtful artwork, and an overall welcoming aesthetic. The living room was spacious and comfortable: it had plenty of seating options for our group of three. I loved the cute and clean patio. The bed in the bedroom was super comfortable: we slept very well those two nights that we were there. We also made use of the sofa bed for my friend; I appreciated that there was plenty of extra bedding. The condo had all the necessary amenities and we also enjoyed some time at the condominium pool on our last day. The owners were super responsive leading up to and during our stay. We even had a question during our stay and the owner responded right away, immediately taking action to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and these owners were definitely on the more attentive side. This property was the perfect location for our visit to Scottsdale to celebrate my birthday and we would definitely return here the next time we are in Scottsdale.

The bedroom was hot to sleep in I sweat all nights AC didn't cool it down. The bathroom shower leaked so after you took a shower the floor was soaking wet.
USEasy check in, host was very communicative and helpful, property was well maintained and had everything you could need (and more!) for a comfortable "home away from home" stay! Great location, as well.
