La struttura stupenda. Il posto comodo per il centro .

Not a lot to like. Very basic..

Very difficult to find. No signs, not even a name above the front door! Lots of dark twisting alleyways very dim lit. Staff hardly seen.

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht (gegen 3 Uhr morgens) angekommen und wurden direkt am Eingang der Medina abgeholt – das war eine große Erleichterung. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders positiv war auch die gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts. Die Gastgeber waren auch für Anliegen außerhalb des Riads sehr Hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Der Weg durch die Gassen der Medina gehört zum Riad-Erlebnis dazu, kann aber anfangs etwas ungewohnt sein.

La gentillesse du personnel et du patron très sympathique, les chambres climatisées propre et la piscine essentielle par ces grosses chaleurs.

No me gusto nada

Para empezar la habitacion donde nos alojaron estaba muy sucia, el suelo estaba con gotas negras por todos lados y se notaba que llevaban sin limpiarlo demasiado tiempo el grifo de la ducha estaba roto y lleno de oxido, la puerta del baño ni siquiera se podia cerrar y los muebles estaban que daban pena, lo peor fue el suelo sin duda daba mucho asco, el personal no se esfuerza lo mas minimo, cada dia el mismo desayuno no variaba nada, no nos cambiaron las toallas, tuvimos que ir a cambiarlas nosotros, de los 7 dias que estuvimos en el Riad ninguno vinieron a limpiar la habitacion ni nada no se preocuparon lo mas minimo

We liked the host who came out to meet us from the taxi on arrival. We liked the decor and the plunge pool in the centre of the Riad. We had wifi, so we could use plan our trips for sightseeing and booking restaurants for evening meals. Breakfast was simple but fresh with friendly service and attention. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay pleasant. I would recommend a short stay here to friends as I believe it is great value for money and a pleasant place to stay.

The room was smaller than expected. The bed cover was visibility dirty, with 2 stains and dirty maks along the edges. We removed it straight away. The sheets were clean. There was not really enough space for a 1 week stay for 2 people. Just a coat stand to hang clothes, wet and dry! I would only stay there 3 nights maximum in that size room 2 people, more suitable for a single traveller longer stay. Our room was by the pool, so it was noisy in the afternoons if you were in your room. We were woken up twice by guests next to us coming in late and partying! The manager dealt with this well on both occasions. The area the Riad is in is safe, but there are building works going on every day around it, causing dust and rubble, which we needed to navigate to get back to the Riad in the evenings.
