3 bedroom family home Close to the Base

Location, size of house.

Door locks on main entry door and toilet door need addressing, need curtains or drapes on windows in kitchen, dining and closed in porch off lounge as all heat from heat pump just disappears out through glass, in fact heat pump in wrong location, needs to be in lounge. Fly spray would have been helpful.

It was a quick getaway with family during the school holidays for few days. Ideal very thing was close by, no long driving. Property in a quiet location which we enjoyed.

Out side light of the property was not on had to use cellphone light to open lockbox. House was cold heating was not on. Beds still had summer bedding on but with electric blankets, would have loved warmer duvet on bed for the cold nights and frosty mornings. Netflix not working on Smart TV

Kitchen and lounge were nice

Most of the other bedding and furniture was outdated stains on furniture, bedding was old and tatty

Great family home space for our grandchildren to play outside safely with a driveway gate. Basketball and hoop were a winner. Lots of lawn to runaround on. When it rained, kids were still able to play on the spacious covered veranda. Second toilet was a bonus for the kids too. Close travel to The Base for adults and kids and the Hamilton Zoo.

Would have been awesome for the kitchen to have a potato masher and some mixing bowls. Amazing having cake times and muffin tins but unfortunately no bowls of any type available. And possibly glad wrap and foil. Not a complaint at all but would be great. There were quite of bit of ants on the kitchen counter - seemed to be at heavy rain times.

Great location. Clear communication about key lockbox. Just a standard no frills 3 bedroom house in a nice area. Warm, dry, comfortable. 2nd toilet a bonus.

Stains on furniture and some linen but could tell linen was fresh. Surface clean throughout, not a thorough clean. Serving bowls would have been good, but we managed with a saucepan and was only a 2 night stay. We would have needed more equipment to cook properly.

Spacious and quiet for our family

Was very disappointed. Wifi wasn't working properly. On the website, what we saw outside the table and chairs supposed to be there was none for a family, just 2 chairs and tables that were discusting dirty. Wanted to make a salad no bowls what so ever Beds were all hard, accept the middle single beds, dusty dirty, and not enough furniture. Windows were disgusting cobwebs everywhere, trampoline was so disappointing our children could play on it, springs all broken. Was very annoyed for a weekend 👎 know bbq to cook.our bbq on really annoyed won't be going back here again. Pots and pans were discusting, walking into the house was musty no air freshers none in the toilet Only one towel each. Not much privacy.
