Property was clean and has everything you need

The location. It is very noisy the boiler is firing all night, the neighbouring flats in block are very noisy screaming and running up and down the halls. The back street has bottles being emptied constantly through the night. This is ideal for people that may want to party as it’s impossible to be able to sleep.

The property is very good. Can walk to all the major tourist sites.

There is no lift. The door might be hard to find but the staff responded promptly to locate it. I would suggest call them beforehand to avoid any hassle.

It was clean and in a good location of Rose Street when we eventually found it.

The entrance to the building was not appealing and made us quite nervous. There was no mirror in the bedroom (one in the bathroom but can’t take hairdryer or straighteners in there) and no cups, stuff to make a cup of tea but only glasses.

The space was good

The host was pathetic,I would like to rate the hosting as zero as the host wasnt co-operative at all,there was no mirror in the room,also as mentioned on the website the hairdryer and other facilities were not given and even when asked for the same ,the host name Anna didnt bother to give the same ,she was rude on call and the customer service was lethargic,she didnt knew how to compensate on things which they didn’t provide,location was confusing,had to go around for like 1 hour to look for the apartment,the host didnt provide proper information about the same. No shampoo or conditioner were provided,curtains were broken. To find the location was a big task.

Perfect location and price. Feels like home.

Good location

The shower didn't work, as in, no water came out. The oven did not work, and two of the 4 stove burners didn't work. When we contacted the property manager, we were ignored. We require a refund.
