Location

The postcode was totally different and took us 400 Mts away from the spot .Tried calling couple of times had no response from the host .Only like message asking me to WhatsApp a different number with no clear sense of direction and colour mentioned the green door colour as turquoise and I kept looking in the wrong street.We wasted 45minutes and my kid was desperate to use the toilet .

The property was clean, warm and comfortable, and was everything we needed. It was very central and we were given great instructions on how to find the apartment. It would be best suited to younger travellers who aren’t looking for luxury.

The property overwhelmingly smelt of weed which was extremely sickening and wasn’t too suitable for the child we had with us. The pillows on the bed were terrible, and the oven and tv do not work. The apartment was affordable and fine.

The apartment was cozy, the location was great, everything we wanted to go to was within walking distance. The Christmas markets are just around the corner soon :) .. The apartment had everything we needed. The host was very nice and allowed us to put down our bags earlier, which was big +++ for us. Thank you 🧡

In Slovakia, we heat all rooms, so we were cold in one, because the 1st heater didn't heat everything, maybe I would recommend putting a heater in the second room as well. Otherwise everything is ok

Difficult to find the location in google map. Struggle to find the place for one hour. Please help to sort it out. Otherwise rest was fine.

the place is still a work-in-progress, no wifi, no tv, construction still going on, the place is strewn with rubbish and construction materials.

No exact address given in the booking confirmation. Google maps also shows the wrong spot on Rose Street so that you end up about 300m from the main entrance. A key is required to enter the main entrance. The property does not have a key box. Therefore, you must arrange a meeting with the host who has to meet up with you on the street. That information was also not shown in the booking confirmation. The apartments (the host has several) are on the third floor. There is no elevator. It can be difficult with a lot of luggage. All the apartments we could see are currently under renovation. This is not stated on Booking.com either. Our apartment was missing some furniture, there were no curtains/blinds and the kitchen was not fully installed. The electricity in the apartment was also not fully wired and an socket was hanging completely loose on the wall. When we pointed out that there wasn't even a fridge, the host moved one over from one of the other apartments. We managed breakfast with the help of a microwave and kettle because the stove was not connected. However, the kitchen was well equipped with brand new kitchenware, new cutlery and a brand new toaster which had the tape from the transport cover still on. There is no parking space at the property. It is possible to park approx. 400m away on a larger street. There is a roof terrace as a courtyard with lots of potential, once the building materials and rubbish are cleared away. Please ensure the renovation is complete before booking this property. At present, before the renovation is complete, it is poor value for money.
