Spacious flat in Sheffield City Center GS304

Nothing good to say. We arrived as a party of 4 adults & 2 Childen and they gave us a completely different studio apartment (room 104), rather than the spacious 2 bed room (304). They then declined to answer calls and by message claimed this studio is what I had booked. I am Disgusted.. had to leave and pay for accommodation elsewhere. Still no communication from them to resolve and refund.

It was a studio apartment.. NOT what I booked!! It was dirty with huge stains on the carpets and chips still on the floor. Entrance areas look like they have also never been cleaned.. bin bags lying around. Disgusting place ran by scammers who sold a 2 bed apartment to me and gave me a dirty studio instead. I want a refund!!!! This could never sleep 6 people as you can see from the pictures!!!

Nothing - was not the property that was advertised. We paid for a 2 bed apartment and got a 1 bed flat that was in dire conditions.

Hadn’t been cleaned, dirty pots in the sink, dirty bedsheets, bucket with leaking water in the bathroom.

Location

Host changed my booked flat and I had to wait for 1 hour outside of property on the road due to this. No TV. Microwave and Kettle was not working. Host must not list the property for booking if not available.

We liked the space, facilities and location in terms of central in Sheffield.

Lot of stairs. This could have been my oversight for not checking, but it was a lot of stairs when you're carrying heavy luggage. Also, no sanitary bin in the bathroom - but that is an easy fix.

Awful building, in total disrepair. Smashed windows smashed doors, glass all over the floor for 3 days. Lift broken door smashed and left open with a road sign in front of it. Bathroom dirty, toilet seat broken. No wifi so no tv (no ariel either)

Was very spacious and lovely flat and right in town also 👌 was well equipped with essentials plenty of room for a family had 2 double bedrooms and sofa bed it met most of my expectations just a few lil hiccups

The cleanliness could of been better there was a couple of issues I addressed didn't get much of a response or solution and the amount of stairs I had to climb with copd as some the lifts wasn't working and glass found in hallways

A little hard to find at first, so maybe some pictures to guide might be good.

The accommodation was cancelled at 13.00pm on day of travel, no refund issued at present and cancellation was by the them not us. Not answering any messages and trying to what’s app me not go through booking room. Cancelled accommodation through what’s app not booking room. Do not stay here poor service and looks like a SCAM! Had to book alternative accommodation.
